2018 Affirmations and Vision Board

I hope you all had an amazing end to 2017. I became extremely busy with family and the holidays which kept me isolated from my computer, so I'm very sorry for my absence!
2018 has been extremely busy for me and it's only February! Anyone else feeling like that, or is it just me?
The year started off a little busy for me, beginning with a trip to Disneyland with my family, which I don't suggest to do the first week of the year... way too busy! I followed the trip up with a training seminar to grow my business, that was absolutely amazing. I've gained some very amazing knowledge that makes me super excited for the growth of my business. My daily routine has changed dramatically in such a great way, and I've added some great habits into my life. I haven't ever been this excited to begin a new year in my entire life! I've got millions of positive vibes flowin through me, and I'm lovin it.
I'm going to try and be more present on here, mainly because I have sooo many great things to share with you all this month! I try so so hard to be on here every day, but you know.. life. Here's my 'hello' post to you all for the new year! Let's make 2018 the best year ever.

What are your 2018 affirmations? Here's mine:

1. I enjoy earning $106,600.00 in 2018.
2. I enjoy eating things that benefit my health.
3. I enjoy traveling to a new place.
4. I enjoy positivity towards others.
5. I enjoy daily exercise.
6. I enjoy calling people I know.
7. I enjoy giving compliments.
8. I enjoy daily meditation.
9. I enjoy smiling and laughing.
10. I enjoy my family.
11. I enjoy my friends.
12. I enjoy bringing value to anyone.
13. I enjoy hearing positivity.
14. I enjoy uplifting people.
15. I enjoy being outdoors.

Notice how I put 'I enjoy' instead of including a negative word in my affirmations. It is so IMPORTANT to include only positive words in our affirmations and goals. You should never write "I want to lose 20 pounds" because want, and lose are negative... change it to "I enjoy a healthy 120 pounds". I know it's hard, but the more we see positivity the more positivity comes out!
For my 2018 affirmations, I not only wanted to focus on myself, but I also focused heavily on bettering others as well. I want to uplift others, and bring value to anyone, and be positive towards everyone. I want to make the world an overall better place, as much as I can.

Have you made your vision board for this year yet? Here's mine:

If you haven't made your vision board for 2018 yet, I strongly encourage you to make one. I broke mine down into: business visions, personal visions, family visions, health visions, travel visions, and luxury visions. The more you see something you want, the more likely you will achieve getting what you want. “Your dream has to be bigger than your fear.” Steve Harvey.

I honestly had a blast making my vision board. I am so excited and happy with how it turned out, and how I've been able to move closer and closer to my goals each day so far this year! I have some pretty exciting things to share with you all, including my new eating and exercise habits, my wedding planning, and the updates for the real estate market this year. Favorite Holiday Traditions

Happy Hump Day!
It's gettin real close to Christmas and I'm beyond excited because like I've said before I'm all about the Christmas season. It's been a ghost town around here for the past week due to all of my cookie baking, holiday parties, and selling houses before we wrap up the lovely year of 2017 I haven't even found the time to wrap all of my Christmas presents let alone contribute to my Blogmas series... But I'm alive and I'm here.

My Most Favoritest Holiday Tradition.

Alright I must say this quite possibly is one of the hardest decisions to make, because I have a lot of things that are my favorite during Christmas.. I will tell you that my most absolute favorite would have to be decorating. I love decorating in general and when it comes to Christmas I love to put all the decorations up throughout the house. This is our (Michael and me) first year with our own tree and it was a lot of fun to pull out the ornaments we've collected together just over the past three years from where we've traveled and just ones I've picked up at my favorite home decor stores. I've begun buying two or three different pieces of decor each year to have a house full over time. My grandma has also given me a lot of stuff that she decided to pass down to me, which is sooo amazing because she has some great stuff.
Decorating doesn't just pertain to the house right? I'm not a huge fan of baking, I'll make at least one batch of cookies during this time of the year, but I'm not my mom. She gets down in the kitchen like all year long, but November-December she's like Paula Dean on steroids. Although I'm not the biggest lover of baking, I can decorate the cookies all day. I love decorating sugar cookies the most because I can do so many different decorations, and gingerbreads are fun too..
It's hard for me to stop there, because I love sitting around watching Christmas movies all day too. This past weekend, I was completely exhausted just from all of the holiday craziness, and the craziness I'm having with Real Estate as well, so I literally watched 5 movies! I love lounging around with the Christmas tree lights on, watching a good movie. The first word that comes to mind for Christmas is COZY!!
I will day another tradition that is a favorite would be going to a holiday program, every year we will go to my little sister's school program, or church program and watch the kids to a play or singing performance. In the past 6 years that's been one of the many things I look forward to this time of year. We actually have her performance this Thursday night (tomorrow) and then the church is doing theirs on Friday.. Jeez, it's crazy how much stuff goes on during the month of December.

So what's your favorite holiday tradition? I love hearing how different families have their own ways of celebrating the holiday season. I know people go every year to cut down their tree, throw a Christmas party, make a special dish, or adopt a child. Tell me yours! Comment below! Love my Blog? December Bucket List

My 27 (Well Now 25) Day Christmas Blog Series...

First off, I totally missed 2 days of Christmas posts.. and I'm so sorry. We just had a Christmas party at my parents house last night and that really had me preoccupied! I helped my mom cook all of yesterday, and our party turned out great. Along with work as well, these past 2 days were just way too hectic for me to get my posts out! I am so sorry to all my fans that I might possibly have now...
On another note, happy December, we're officially all in Christmas mode. It's the most wonderful time of the year. I think I'm almost done Christmas shopping and I'm so ready to just enjoy the Christmas season.
I put together a little bucket list for you all to try and complete this December.

Bucket List for December 2017

  • Go to the snow!
My family loves to go skiing so I want to try and get out there at least once this month! I know I will for sure go in January, but I have my fingers crossed for this month also. Besides, I just love going to the snow anyways
  • Watch Christmas Movies..
I mean I just did a really great post on Christmas movies you should watch, so I think you should  actually watch them this December.
  • Buy a present for someone in need
I usually do this every year. I'll sign up with my church to buy for a specific child in need. I love helping people who are local and in need. This year I am buying for an 11 year old girl in need, so excited to give her an amazing Christmas this year.
  • Decorate your house, put up your tree.
Sooo I did this like the week before Thanksgiving because my family is cray. My office was also decorated like the week of Thanksgiving, so I have this one crossed off the list.
  • Get crafty with your ornaments
If you don't have a lot of ornaments or don't want to spend the money on them, you should have a fun day with some DIY ornaments. This is also a great activity for your kids, if you have any..
  • Go and see the lights!
Take a night to go and drive around areas that have great light displays, it's a really fun family outing. Also Sacramento has a really cool drive through that has tons of lights.
  • Send out Christmas cards..
Eh I know half of the world hates these and the other half loves them. Trust me, these will never go out of style and everyone loves receiving them from family and friends.
  • Make a gingerbread house
I love doing these and it could possibly be one of my favorite things to do during Christmas. And not because of the decorating part, I literally end up eating all of the decorations.
  • Pay it forward at a drive thru
So a few years ago this became a really popular thing, people would pay for the car behind them at a drive thru. If the car before you does it, do it for the car behind you, and so on. It's great.
  • See Santa
Of course, this is a must. I was fortunate enough to see him last Saturday and got a few photos with him, so check.
  • Bake cookies
For example, my post from 4 days ago... I have the top 5 Christmas Cookie Recipes for ya'll on hand! Get to baking.
  • Drink hot cocoa, but add extra marshmallows..
Because it's only Christmas time once a year.
  • Attend a Holiday Event..
Whether it's a community event, or holiday party go and attend. I'm crossing this one off of my list since we basically hosted one yesterday..
  • Go Ice-Skating
I'm so doing this at some point during this month, and I don't even care if I fall on my face.
  • Donate old toys/clothes.
If you don't need them anymore, donate them to someone who does.
This is something you can do all year, but it's great to give during this time of year.

There are so many different things people do during the month of December, whether they're family traditions or new traditions. I think that my list is really good and you should get all of them crossed off by Christmas!

Must Watch Christmas Movies

My 27 Day Christmas Blog Series...

I think one of my favorite things to do during the Christmas season is to sit wrapped up in a warm blanket, with some hot chocolate, while watching a Christmas movie. I love classic Christmas movies, and some of the newer ones are pretty good as well. I'm not a huge fan of the corny Hallmark ones (sorry mom) but I'l watch one or two. I'm really excited to share all my favorites with you all, but I REALLY want you guys to comment below your favorites as well! I'm always open to watching new ones.

I've also noticed that most of my viewers are enjoying my Blogmas series until Christmas! I am so excited to share the upcoming posts with you all. Please please please don't forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe!

Christmas Vacation

Okay so I'm a huge Chevy Chase fan, I grew up watching all of the Vacation movies. Every year we watch Christmas Vacation, I'm literally dying to watch it already this year. It gets me every single time I watch it. If you haven't had a chance to watch this one, please put it on your list this year! You won't regret it. It's hilarious.

& why is the carpet all wet todd?
I don't know margo

Christmas Story

If you haven't watched this are you even human? This is the dumbest movie ever, but I mean it's not Christmas if you haven't watched The Christmas Story at least once. It plays all freakin day on Christmas!

Four Christmases

Vince Vaughn, I love you.
This movie is like one of my favorite movies in general, let alone a favorite holiday movie. I can say it's funny from beginning to end and totally relatable for those people who absolutely hate the holidays due to certain family members.

"Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?
This movie is soooo cute, and I just love Will Ferrell so of course I think it's good. I really like it because I can watch it with anyone in the family.

Christmas with the Kranks

Santa Clause, 1, 2, and 3

All three of these ones are some of my favorites. They will never get old.

White Christmas

A 1954 CLASSIC right here!

Only reason I like this movie is alllll for the music, it's amazing.

An oldie but goodie.

The Holiday

The Holiday is one of my favorite movies of all time. This movie brings me memories of spending time with my grandma. It's her favorite movie and I would watch it all of the time with her, I grew to love it as well.

Love Actually

This one is my favorite, and I can't go a Christmas season without watching it. I heard rumors of a sequel coming out within the next couple of years and that would be soooo epic.

I wanna know yours! Comment below! Don't forget to like, share, and of course subscribe!

Stocking Stuffers Under $15

My 27 Day Christmas Blog Series...

Hey there, here to share with you some amazing stocking stuffers that are under $15 and are pretty hot for 2017. Stocking stuffers are so fun in my opinion, you can do some really great gifts in stockings, the only thing is they can get pretty expensive. Hopefully this post will help you keep the stuffers to a $ limit this year.

Bath Bombs...

I think any female appreciates bath bombs. I personally love to buy mine from Lush because they are all made from natural ingredients. But I'm pretty sure you can buy bath bombs anywhere now. You can get one of these from anywhere ranging between $4-$9 a piece.

Pop Sockets

Ok for all you people out there who have no idea what these are, pop sockets are these really cool devices for your iPhone/Android. They stick to the back of your phone and basically allow you to have a better grip on your phone for texting, selfies, or watching videos. Like $10!

Do I need to explain?... I'd rather not, but such a great gift. Only $12-$14 on Amazon!

Travel Mugs

These are such great gifts for anyone.. You can find these on Etsy for men, women, teens, etc. I love the fact that you can personalize them as well. Comfy Socks!

Ok so who DOESN'T love comfy socks during the cold winter months?

These make the perfect stuffer for any girl I would have to say, from child to adult woman.

The crazier the design, the better. I found these amazing socks from TopShop USA, there are a bunch of different ones to choose from on their website, and guess what?

They're only $6! That's a great deal, and it won't break the bank.

Men's Face Lotion and Oil Defense

Okaaay let's do a few for the men now. I love Every Man Jack! I've bought the body wash for my Fiancé a few times, and it smells so yummy and is super nice. Shockingly a lot of men appreciate face wash and lotions for their faces. This is only $8 and makes for a really great stocking stuffer for any man in your life.

Inspirational Book

I guess this isn't necessarily just for men, but books like this are awesome for anyone. This book was written by a Marine, it is super inspirational, and has little things that can change your life!

These are awesome for stockings, there are a lot of different books to choose from, my good friend who used to work at Barnes & Noble recommended this one to me!

You can buy it on Amazon for only $10

Mystery Tackle Box: For all those men who love the fish

So for $14.99 (Yep it's still under $15!) you can get a mystery tackle box for your man. It's a subscription box and it's stuffed with tackle goodies that fishers will love, oh and they can choose what type as well. This is a great idea because you buy their first box, and if they end up loving it they can just subscribe for more in the future!

Dollar Shave Club

Every guy shaves! This is the perfect opportunity to get your guy into the Dollar Shave club! Start at only $5 a month and eventually if they want they can add on post shave cream, wipes, or even body cleaner. I mean every guy shaves.

It's so funny because when I asked my fiancé what he thought a good stocking stuffer is, he said, "Candy". Everyone loves candy! This for sure makes anyone happy and you can't go wrong with it. Oh and it's super cheap so you won't go broke filling up a few stockings with it.

Top 5 Christmas Cookie Recipes

My 27 Day Christmas Blog Series...

Greetings, welcome to my Christmas Blog Series! From now until Christmas I'm going to share some pretty fun posts with ya'll these next couple of weeks. Oh and let me just tell you that I am sooo beyond excited because I'm a Christmas lover. So far this year, I got to buy my own Christmas tree and I'm officially sending out our first Christmas cards! #Adulting.
I think that during this time of year one of my most favorite thing is the sweets. I've never had much of a sweet tooth, but I will say that Christmas is a game changer. I'm all about the hot cocoa, candy, cakes, and oh my goodness cookies. Let me tell you I can eat like 8 or more cookies in one sitting.
I'm such a lucky girl because I was blessed with a mom who bakes everything, from scratch... Yeah, I'm not joking she's literally the real deal. So yes, during this time of year we Silva's get pretty lucky with my momma's cooking. Brace yourselves, I'm going to share with you the BEST Christmas Cookie Recipes you'll ever have.

2. Polvorones AKA Mexican Wedding Cookies

Recipe, Courtesy of Marcela Valladolid
Level: EASY
Time: 1 Hour

  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
  • Pinch fine salt
  • 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for serving
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Compliments of Food Network

Arrange the balls on a large baking sheet, spacing them 1/2 inch apart.
Bake the cookies until golden brown on the bottom and just pale golden on top, about 18 minutes. Cool the cookies for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Toss the warm cookies in the powdered sugar. Transfer the sugar-coated cookies to a rack to cool completely. The cookies can be prepared up to 2 days ahead. Once cooled, store them in an airtight container. You need to make sure they are cooled before storing them, otherwise they will get soggy. Sift additional powdered sugar and cinnamon over the cookies if desired before serving.

>> Tastes like a marshmallow/soft oreo.. That's probably like the best description I can give.

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in bowl. Press dough into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. For filling, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together in a bowl until smooth, using a handheld electric mixer; add eggs and extract; beat well. Pour over crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares before serving. Decorate tops with berries and mint leaves.

Put 1/2 cup of the walnuts and the salt in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Roughly chop the remaining 1 cup walnuts.
Position two oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 325 degrees F.
Beat the butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Beat in the flour, then the ground and chopped walnuts. Divide the dough in half, forming each half into a ball. Wrap separately in plastic and chill until cold, about 30 minutes. Put the confectioners' sugar in a large bowl. Working with half of the chilled dough at a time and keeping the rest in the fridge, roll the dough by 2 teaspoonfuls between your palms into balls.

3. Whoopie Pies

Recipe, Courtesy of Food Network Kitchen
Level: EASY
Time: 1 Hour, 10 Minutes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking sheet.
Put the unsweetened and semisweet chocolates and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl; heat at 75 percent power until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir, and continue to microwave until completely melted, about 2 minutes more. (Alternatively, put the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Bring a saucepan filled with an inch or so of water to a very slow simmer; set the bowl over, but not touching the water, and stir occasionally until melted and smooth.) Whisk the sugar, eggs and vanilla into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into another bowl. Gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until moistened. Switch to a rubber spatula and finish folding the batter together; take care not to over-mix.

Compliments of Food Network

  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup natural cocoa powder, such as
    Hershey's or Scharffen Berger
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons fine salt
  • 18 large marshmallows, (not minis)

Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to drop a heaping tablespoon of batter onto the prepared pan. Repeat to make 36 cookies, spacing them about 1-inch apart. Bake until the cookies spring back when lightly touched, about 6 minutes.
Cool the cookies slightly. Transfer half of the cookies to a rack. Turn the remaining cookies on the pan over, so they lay flat side up. Place a marshmallow on top of each flipped cookie and return pan to the oven. Cook just until the marshmallow begins to soften and puff, about 3 minutes. Cool marshmallow topped cookies slightly, about 2 minutes. Top with the remaining cookies, pressing lightly to make sandwiches. Cool whoopee pies completely on wire racks. Serve. Store in tightly sealed container for up to 1 week.

These totally make me feel like a kid again.. Absolutely LOVE.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Add enough of the buttermilk to moisten the dough and make it soft, not wet. Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet. With a brush or fingers, moisten the top of each cookie with the remaining buttermilk and slightly flatten the top of each cookie. Sprinkle with raw sugar or colored sprinkles. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing to cool on a rack.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

My (Late) Thanksgiving Post

I'm so late, but it's ok because you're still reading..

Happy Thanksgiving weekend folks. I hope you all had an absolutely amazing Thanksgiving with your family! I'm not a huge fan of Thanksgiving, but I must say that I had a pretty good one this year. I dunno whyyy, but I'm not a turkey lover, I can't stand sweet potatoes, and I don't care too much for leftovers.. We had a pretty low key holiday this year, my Fiancé and I hit up the country club Thanksgiving buffet with my family and then celebrated with his family later on in the day.

By the way shout out to my parents for literally everything, and you know giving me life. Thank you to my fiancé for always putting up with me, and being crazy even to marry me (totally kidding, kinda). I want to thank my grandparents for all that they do for me, my sister, and Michael! Also thanks to my little sister for always knowing how to make me laugh. Thanks to my future in laws for everything! You guys are stuck with me for life. I love all my friends, thank you guys for being the absolute best!

Oh and don't ask me about Black Friday because I didn't even partake in that this year. I don't really agree with the idea of people working on any holiday, it's not fair. So I choose not to support companies on that one day of the year, and they literally had to open stores on thanksgiving now... like what? I don't get it.. Besides, are Black Friday sales even worth it? I have no clue, I'm all about Cyber Monday though, I get to hide from all the crazies in the comfort of my own home.

Anyone participate in Small Business Saturday this year? I definitely love doing this year round, I really love shopping local so I don't only support on SBS. I would love to hear what you guys bought if you went! I think the best finds are from local businesses. We provided free santa photos on Saturday for all the little kids who had to go shopping with mom or grandma that day. It's great because our office is located next to sooo many local businesses and we thought we would someone participate, I mean you can't really walk in and buy a house... Oh wait, yeah you can. But anyways, It was a blast. We paired up with a local photographer, Abby Chambers who provided complimentary photos for the parents (they look amazing). We also provided hot cocoa, and we had a raffle basket.

Alright well I'm keeping it short, but check out the photos below and visit my girl Abby's business page, she has a really great special going on right now for holiday sessions!

Why Rent, when You Can buy?

It’s Friday Eve and I don’t know about you, but I’m pumped for the weekend.

I’m doing this very special, very informative post today for all of my 20 something year old friends/family members/acquaintances/strangers or whatever. I know from personal experience that one of our number one goals in life is to buy a house, right? If not, ok then skip to a different post. If yeaaaa, keep on reading.

Owning your own home is so rewarding, not only is it your investment, it’s also your sacred place to live. We go there to relax, sleep, and be ourselves. I think my favorite thing about being home is being able to get into comfy clothes, take off all of my makeup, and turn on a good movie. There’s no where else in the world that feels the same. I don’t know about you, but being able to say that you own your own house is probably a pretty great feeling (especially when you’re 20 something years old). In 2017, it’s almost unheard of to hear that a 20-27 year old is a homeowner. The crazy thing is that most 20 something year olds assume that they aren’t able to buy a home due to having no down payment, bad credit, debt.. What if I told you that you could still maybe buy a home? Have you even asked a professional in this industry? Or are you one of those 20 something year olds that are just assuming?

See, there’s this amazing thing called down payment assistance.

And I don’t want to get too much into it, because honestly I’m not a guru in this topic. So I’ll cut short for you, down payment assistance programs are super awesome for people who are interested in buying a home that have no down payment. First thing’s first, you gotta see if you qualify for one. Meaning, you need some decent/good credit, hopefully you don’t have too much debt going on, and your income has to be qualified as well (This is a whole other topic that I don’t want to get into too much at the moment). But low and behold I have an awesome lender who is literally the best of the best located right here in the Central Valley, you’ll definitely want to give him a call because I know he’ll help you out. ELS Home Lending. Once you are approved for this assistance, you can get a loan for your house (YAAAA), now you gotta give me a call so we can start looking at some houses and get you into a perfect home.

Another reason why most younger people don’t believe they can buy a house, is because of their awful credit… Well there’s something called credit repair, where you can pretty much just clean up your credit. Which my lender would be MORE than happy to help get done for you. If you have bad credit, don’t worry, we can fix that too, oh and you can still buy a house.

For those of you who ask, ‘Why buy when I can just rent?’ Ok here’s a fun example, when you go skiing would you rather rent skis or have your own? What about when you go fishing, do you like to use someone else’s pole, or your own? Bowling shoes, your own, or someone else’s? Golfing, snorkeling, skating, I could go on and on… Well let’s start off with this, rent runs anywhere from let’s say $900-$2000 a month, (this is an estimate) so if you’re able to make the payments of $1200-$1500 a month, then why not just put that money into your own investment? If you think about it, you’re paying that monthly payment to someone else who is benefitting because of you. If you end up buying a home, your payments could also be around that price range, and you’re monthly mortgage payments go into your OWN investment, where you would be benefiting yourself. At that point, renting doesn’t even make sense, am I right or what?

Just because you’re young doesn’t mean you can’t buy a house, I want to make that clear to all the millennials out there. I have so many friends that are actually able to buy houses, but don’t even realize because they think ‘There’s no way I can buy a house’ but in reality YES they can. It’s not out of the question, I do know that. I’m not posting this to force you to buy, but instead I’m posting to make you aware that buying is possible for you and all of your friends. Get on the phone with my lender, there are so many different options for you that I’m sure you don’t even know about. Let’s get you into a house before the new year.

Contact me, I’ll help you out today!

Blow The Candles Out

Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me, I just turned 23!

I'm a November baby, shout out to all my fellow scorpio friends. The struggle is real if you love us because we're the definition of hard headed, stubborn, grudge holding, jealous, lovers. We can love endlessly, but once you burn us you get stung. Kudos to all my friends and my future husband because we aren't the easiest to love.

It’s my birthday and I’m sitting here really reflecting on how great my year has been. After looking back on all of my past birthdays, this is the first year where I am working a job that is my career and I’m really happy about it. The last few years I’ve been working some very temporary jobs, and I’m just so thankful to look at my life and realize that I’m kind of a big girl now. This is my first birthday where I am engaged and my next birthday I’ll be married! It’s just so crazy to get older and realize how much can happen in a year.

Today my best friend treated me to coffee and breakfast (I love you!). I walked into my office to see that my desk was all decorated by one of my teammates, all the girls treated me to lunch and some awesome gifts! It was really nice to sit down and not talk about work for a minute and enjoy being together. I’ve been wished happy birthday allllll day long by so many loved family members and friends!

I’ve received a lot of love and gifts this year for my birthday and I wanted to do a little post thanking all of my family and friends, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you all! I am just so happy that I am in the real estate field, working with some pretty amazing women by my side. All of my friends are truly the best, they all have made me feel so special and loved! I am happy with the man I was so lucky to fall in love with! I am starting to understand how much I could care less about gifts and how everything else means so much more to me.

I can’t wait to see what the future year holds for me. I am so excited to be expanding my business as well and not only providing Real Estate for clients, but also taking on an entirely different clientele with my marketing services. This month I’ve been hired by a few amazing professionals in Lodi and I’m beyond excited to be helping them reach their business goals this next year! I am so happy to be learning and absorbing so much important information that will help me down the road.

"If you were never falling short of your own goals, you’d be living your life all wrong. Disappointment – in moderation – means that you believe in bigger things for yourself. And holding that belief in life will take you further than you could possibly imagine."

So here’s to being 23, loving more, worrying less, and conquering the world one day at a time. Cheers loves.

How to Narrow Those Goals Down

Good Afternoon Beautiful Readers.

First off, I have an announcement! I am over the moon because my dear friend Samantha had her precious baby boy. He is absolutely adorable and so lucky he has a momma and daddy that love him so much! So happy birthday 10/26/17 to baby Rhett.

I’m currently sitting on the porch of this house we rented up in the mountains, it's 8:30 am, I’ve already gone on my 3 mile walk and now it’s time to relax. My goal for the weekend is to literally clear my mind from everything (especially work-related). These past few months have been insanely busy as you all know, and I need to remember to focus on myself during all of it. Not only am I trying to focus on myself for sanity, but also because I have yearly goals that I haven’t reached yet. I don’t know if you’ve realized but there’s only 2 months left of this year which means it’s crunch time, and I need to get serious. I got engaged (yay), sold my first house (double yay), started exercising again (woot woot), built my credit (it’s perfect), and my last 2 are to find a place to live by the beginning of next year and to have $5000 more in my precious savings account.

I’m all about goal setting. I’ve been taking some time here and there jotting down some ideas for my 2018 goals. It’s so important to me that I come up with realistic goals that are also challenging. I will usually separate them by doing personal, business, physical, and financial goals. I don’t only want to put all of my focus into one of these, because they’re all equally important. So over this past weekend I took a trip to this beautiful place, where I can think with a view.

How do we pick goals when in reality we have so many?

I’m a millennial and I have a boat load of goals. And I think that majority of millennials have a million goals, both long and short term. We’re all still trying to find our way. We want to pay off those student loans, buy new cars, be able to pay rent and hopefully buy a house before we’re 30, and let’s not forget have a career that pays the bills. All of these, and then on top of it we have our personal goals like getting married, or engaged, or having a baby, maybe even just to find a boyfriend/girlfriend. Oh and we want all of it. Now!

How do I narrow them down?

So there’s a million different ways people do this, but I don’t care about them. Here’s my theory: What’s most important? When you start narrowing your goals down by importance then it becomes a little easier to reach them, but it’s baby steps. So here’s how I’ll go about planning for 2018.

Business Goals: I’ll probably set my business goals to selling 12 houses (that’s one per month). This is realistic, but a very challenging goal for me and I know that if I put my mind to it, it’s definitely achievable for me. Another is to build up my marketing clientele.

Personal Goals: Finalize everything for my wedding. So of course I’ll achieve this goal because our wedding is in November of next year, keeping my personal goals for next year wedding-related due to all of the planning.

Physical: By January I want to be running 3 miles per day, by June I want to be running 6 miles per day. I am already walking 3 miles per day, and I set these goals because not only do I know I can get there, but I should continue to push my limits.

Financial: Next year I want to save another $5000. This will help with so much. If I get there this year, then I know I can do it again. If I don’t get there this year, then I’m trying again next year!

For my business, I have so many other goals besides selling 12 houses, but for now I’ll focus on only that because your mind can only do so much. I am also building up my clientele for marketing and I do have a lot of goals for that, but those are to be discussed later on and are not my ultimate goal, they can wait. My personal goals are sooo much more than just our wedding! I want to travel the world, be able to blog every single day, interact with other bloggers, go to cooking classes! But for right now, I have to focus on one thing at a time, our wedding. My physical goals are to be fit and to look hot in a bikini, but I mean I gotta start somewhere right? Financially, I want to buy a house, and a ton of clothes, and to be able to afford supporting a family, paying bills, but by me saving $5000 it’ll help me with all of it. Baby steps ya’ll.

My point is that you have to start with one goal to reach all of the others.. I wish I could achieve them all in one year, but life doesn’t work out that way. You have to be patient and you have to slowly achieve them. As the year is ending, I know that I need to finalize all of my goals and begin putting a call of action into place, and don’t worry I share it with you guys I promise.

Update: It's Monday, and I'm ready for the week! Bring it on.

My Neck of The Woods

It’s FRIYAY everybodyyyy! Get pumped for the weekend it’s here, and I am beyond excited that I’m skipping town because the mountains are calling. I am so busy with work lately that this weekend getaway has a countdown and I had everything packed and ready to go early yesterday afternoon. Yep, it’s serious. Since I’m doing a series of bloggin' on me, myself, and I... This post is dedicated to the out-of-towners because I know they wanna get the low down of where I come from.

For starters, I’m a California girl, why? Because here’s my vocabulary summed up for you:
I can’t even
Ok real talk, I'm 100% California bred, if the sun isn’t shining for more than 3 days we have a problem, avocados are freakin life, if I wanna go to Disneyland? 1 hour flight. Tahoe? 2 hour drive. This state is my home. I love southern California and all, but I come from the North (is it just me or did you also visualize the Stark family when I said that?). I don’t really consider where I live North though because if you look at a map I’m pretty much in the middle of California, and it doesn’t snow where I live. We’re located 30 minutes south of Sacramento and about an hour and a half from San Francisco. So I’m going to just straight up tell you I live in a farm town. Acampo, California, population: 341, things to do: drive to Sacramento, drive to Lodi, drive to the bay area, milk a cow, own a dairy, I don’t know? Funny thing is, I love it.

I haven’t lived here all of my life, I grew up in Stockton (unfortunately) where I went to school. But both of my parents grew up in Lodi and went to high school there also. Then I ended up living in Dover, Delaware for college for a short lived minute and quickly moved back home. We moved to Acampo a few years ago after finding a piece of property we couldn’t pass up, and it was our dream to escape Stockton. We’ve definitely planted our roots out here now and it finally feels like we’re where we need to be.

Reasons why I love Acampo/Lodi:
So I categorize these two towns together because both are small and Lodi is like the place we go for EVERYTHING like stores, downtown area, grocery stores, target, etc.

When you hear about Lodi being on the same level as Napa for their wine, you aren’t hearing wrong.. There are over 90 wineries in our area which is a lot for a small town. I love this about where I live because it’s seriously is so amazing to tell people I live in Lodi, and then explain to them how great it is and that they need to come and check out our wine asap.

Another reason I love where I live is because of the Small Businesses. Yeah I’m one of those people who would rather get her jewelry from a local shop than go to Forever 21 (just an example, don’t get all offended). I love love love supporting small businesses because I view myself as a small business owner, in a sense. When I shop local, I feel like I’m helping parents send their kids to college, or pay for dance lessons, or their health benefits. I don’t know, I just like doing it because it makes me feel like I've made a difference for my community and believe me, I’m all about stuff like that. I love downtown Lodi because that’s where majority of our local shops are located, so I’ll go down there sometimes during work hours and just spend money I don’t have, it’s really great.

Mom & Pop restaurants. Ok so let’s talk about food, because we’re in a relationship. I love me some original mom and pop owned restaurants, and Lodi is like holy land when it comes to them. There isn’t a single restaurant downtown that is located anywhere else in the world. Dancing Fox, I love you. Wraps, salads, burgers, vegetarian options, wine, focaccia bread.. My mouth is literally watering as I write this. Smack Pie is also so great because it’s basically build your own personalized pizza, and it’s better than Blaze and Pieology so just try it when you’re in town. In the mood for diner food? Hit up Richmaid on Cherokee. Taco trucks are life in Lodi and so cheap. If you wanna go the healthy route, School Street Nutrition does protein shakes and super yummy acai bowls.

Another thing I love is Coffee/Tea. You can’t go wrong with School Grounds Coffee on School Street or House of Coffee on Ham Lane. Both have such good options and great customer service. When I go to HOC I usually get a smoothie which literally has banana, ice, and greek yogurt, so healthy. I love the iced coffee and teas at School Grounds and can drink them all day if I had the choice, or the bank account because you know that can add up real quick.

Lodi Lake. I just recently fell in love with this hidden gem. When you arrive here you seriously have no idea the nature that lies beneath. There are different wilderness routes, I go on them every morning and I see deer, gorgeous views, some people have claimed to see mountain lions (that’s a little much for me). All I have to say is that it’s just beautiful and a place I can go to clear my mind and start my day out fresh.

If you’re in town, email me. Let’s grab some lunch, or a coffee.

A Day in The Life

Hello there friendly readers, I told you I’d be making more appearances on my website, and here I am.

I want to share my flattery with you all because lately I’ve been getting some local admiration and I’m soaking it up. I’ve been so thrilled that people have been wondering about my career, lifestyle, blogging, and my marketing. So with all of this curiosity I thought I’d do a few posts on my life and how I get everything done in a day. I’ve been really working hard these past 10 months on building my career and I’ve also been learning so much that has not only helped me in my business but also my personal life. I guess that’s part of growing up though.

Just a typical day...

  1. Ok so I wake up Monday through Friday at 6:00 am and then the weekends I’ll treat myself to maybe an hour of sleep and roll out of bed at 7:00 am.
  2. After I wake up, I clean my face with my Origins White Tea Face Cleanser and I’ll do this with some warm water and my Mia Fit Cleansing System. I’ll then use my Origins Age-Defense Treatment Lotion to fight those wrinkles that will come years down the road. My last step is to use my Origins Moisturizer with White Tea and I love it because it also has SPF 40 and it smells AMAZING. Oh and to answer your question, yes I absolutely love Origins.
  3. Next up, makeup. Just like I love Origins, I’m completely obsessed with Tarte as well. I use the Poreless Mattifying Primer that's vegan! For foundation I use Tarte full coverage with my Beauty Blender, along with my Tarte powder. Tarte blush, eyebrow pencil, and my favorite palette right now is Tartelette
  4. Usually on Monday I straighten my hair, then I’ll wear it in a ponytail or bun on Tuesday, wash it that night, and then I’ll continue to do that same cycle for the week. I try to wash my hair every other day or sometimes every 3 days, it’s really not good to wash your hair daily. If it starts looking a little oily I’ll use my Bed Head Rockaholic Dirty Secret Dry Shampoo. I’ve been really strict with this routine and to be completely honest my hair grows 2 to 3 inches per month. I really limit heat on my hair as well. I avoid my blow dryer unless I absolutely need to use it, I hardly ever curl my hair, and I straighten it maybe twice a week.
  5. Time to get in my steps because after all of this I go to Lodi Lake for my daily 3 mile walk. This is where I get my mind cleared before my busy day of work that is ahead of me. It puts my mind at ease because this business ain’t a walk in the park most days. I usually will do this for about an hour, and have my work clothes ready to go straight to the office. (By the way all of my work clothes are from Ann Taylor LOFT, and I’m going to do a post on business attire in the near future)
  6. I usually will get to the office between 8:15-8:30 and I’ll have oatmeal or sometimes I’ll go to School Street Nutrition and get an acai bowl or a protein shake. I’m not a huge breakfast person so I mostly go for something easy and hate to admit that there’s a 50/50 chance I don’t even eat breakfast which I guess is horrible to do but oh well.
  7. Once I’m at work I’ll begin looking at all of the new houses on the market, the expired listings, price drops, etc. Then I hand write all of my notes to past clients for the week, stamp and deliver. This takes up majority of my morning. I usually have all of my marketing done for the week since I prep all of it on Sunday nights.
  8. For lunch I usually will do something cheap and or simple. Sometimes I’ll do ramen noodles with siracha or a basic homemade sandwich. I do love eating out for lunch and will occasionally get a wrap or salad, and of course Chipotle, (my guilty pleasure) but I try to save my money to buy clothes and shoes.
  9. Late afternoons for me are pretty quite unless I’m out showing property. This is when I get all of my writing and other marketing strategies done. I do a lot of research for fresh ideas because it’s super important that our team stays ahead of the game. I will usually watch videos to educate myself on newer ideas and sometimes download power point presentations and take notes.
  10. Dinners are pretty basic for me, I’ll have a salad and a meat, and skip starches. If I eat carbs I most likely will at lunch time because there’s more time for me to burn them. At night I’ll make a salad with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, almonds, and cheese and for dressing I’m not afraid to have ranch or bleu cheese. Sometimes I’ll do a homemade vinaigrette, but I always home make all of my salad dressings. Then either chicken, steak, or beef I’m not really a fan of pork but I mean if it’s in front of me I’ll eat it. I eat pretty early, like 5:00 pm, yeah I’m a grandma and I have no shame.
  11. Sometimes after dinner I’ll go for a walk. If not, I’ll catch up on my laundry or take a hot bath. I love this part of my day because I feel like it’s my time to relax. If I have a good book, I’ll spend the late part of my day reading. If there’s something good to watch, Michael and I will relax together and watch a movie or show. For the most part we watch shows separately due to our different taste.
  12. My morning face routine will be repeated and then I’ll hop into the shower. If I’m in the mood, I’ll do a charcoal face mask, and yes it’s from Origins. Before I lay down, I love to stretch and I literally will do stretches head to toe and it really relaxes me before bed. Just like I wake up early, I definitely go to bed early as well. I usually will plug my phone in and turn my lights out at 9:00-9:30 and after I pray, yes I pray every night, I’ll fall asleep around 10:00 pm.

There you have it. That’s my life, but of course it’s not every single detail because obviously that would be overly obnoxious. I do want some of my life to remain a mystery to you all. I will say that I work my hardest over the weekends, although I value them I really do majority of my work over those two days of the week. If I’m not marketing, or out showing property, then I am usually holding a house open which is a lot of work as well. I will go out and buy goodies for the guests, design and supply flyers and promote them all over the internet. If I had to name my favorite day of the week it would most definitely be Sundays. Sunday mornings I go to church with my Nonna (yeah she’s my grandma) and my little sister, afterwards we will get brunch, later in the day my parents usually cook dinner for the whole family and we relax afterwards. It’s the one day of my week that is considered my ‘day off’.

I'm Backkk

Have mercy on me, I haven’t blogged since like what? August? I’ve had an extremely busy last couple of months and I’m trying to get back into the swing of things. So I’m sure you’re wondering why I’ve been so busy, so of course I’m going to tell you. For starters, I got engaged! It was probably the best day of my life. I know, so exciting ahhhhh! For those of you who don’t know me on a personal level, my Fiancé and I have known each other since we were in the first grade, we started dating a little over 3 years ago. He proposed to me at Pebble Beach (one of my favorite places on earth) and obviously I said yes. As you can imagine, I’ve been very busy with all of that. We set our date, selected our wedding party, picked out the dress, reserved all of our vendors, and got our engagement photos! Yay for wedding planning. I’m like the crazy ultimate planner so I’m literally done with everything, seriously I’m not even joking. So that’s part of my reason for being MIA.
By the way, if you want to check out our wedding website you can click the link right here —>>> www.theknot.com/us/byrneorbust
(Yes, our hashtag is #ByrneorBust)

Another reason for my absence has been because I have actually gotten busy with work! Wow, right?! What a concept! But anyways, I had my first closing, woot woot. I was super ecstatic about it, my client was AWESOME! Literally loved her. I was so excited to give her keys to her new house and it made me realize how much I absolutely love my job. I also have a handful of buyers right now, which has been consuming my time. But I am very happy about it, because I wanna get these people into their new houses before the holidays! It’s seriously a great time to buy, why? Uh because who doesn’t want to pick out a spot for their Christmas tree in their new house?!

Okay so our team participated in the Wicked Wine Stroll which was October 14th downtown Lodi. If you didn’t go this year, I strongly advise you attend next year’s stroll. It’s like $30 bucks and you get your fair share of wine (trust me). There were people from all over northern California, it was crazy! We were paired up with Victor Vineyards, and we completely ran out of wine! It was an amazing turn out this year, I honestly can’t wait to do it again next year. I love when our office participates in events and or hosts them. Were all about strangers coming in and saying hey to us.

Alright, so I’m back in the full swing of things, I promise. I have some exciting things I’m going to share this next week, stay tuned ya’ll.

Social Media Marketing for Small Businesses

Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend, I definitely worked most of my weekend, but that's totally fine because I accomplished a lot! Real Estate has been crazy busy lately and I feel like I haven't had much time for anything except work.
Alright, so in this post I wanted to share with you the importance of Marketing, and how important it is for a small business owner. Like anyone who is self-employed and/or a small business owner, we all find ourselves putting most of our time into work, sometimes hardly making the time to cook dinner at home or even help our kids with their homework. I know it sometimes sucks to feel like all of our time is only put into work, but it's what brings the bread to the table, right?
I grew up with both parents being self-employed and I definitely understand the aspect of work first, play later. My parents are both extremely hard workers, and they do everything in their power to provide for my sister and I, which I'm forever grateful for.
I work everyday to someday have my business where theirs is at now.
Anyways, back to why Marketing is so important! Ok, so did you know, Social Media is the best tool to connect with others? Having you or your business on social networking engines allows you to be noticed by millions. How? Well over 1.5 Billion people in the world have some type of Social Media account. If you're not promoting your business on Social Media, you're basically hurting not only yourself, but your business as well. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter are all free, so why would you not use them to your advantage?
I know most of you answer, "I don't have time!"
Trust me, I know you don't have the time to market yourselves on Social Media. Between running your business, paying bills, finding clients, hoping for a commission check before the end of the month, and making time for your family, I understand you don't have time. And marketing takes time, I've been doing it for almost a year for 6 Realtors, including myself. I create posts that are completely unique and customized just for you and your business. You won't see my marketing anywhere else, I spend time and put creativity into my work.

I'm offering my services to you! Right now, if you're interested in receiving my Marketing Specialties I'm going to be having a SPECIAL DEAL. I'm only charging $50.00 for 2 entire weeks of customized marketing for you and your business. That's a steal! Marketing is so expensive, and I want to help small business owners out because I understand the struggle.

If you're interested in this awesome deal, shoot me an email with the Subject as: 2WEEKSPECIAL  your name, the name of your business!
Know someone who may be interested in this special? Please share this post with them, and help them out!

How To Master Your Daily Goals

I've been away from my blog lately! I've been super busy with Real Estate and I also just got engaged this past weekend so now I will be even busier! But I'm back, and I wanted to share some motivation for Daily Goals.

Behind the scenes... As a business professional, I feel that I sometimes I do not have enough hours in my day! When I first ventured into the world of Real Estate, I was working as my mom/team's assistant. I would send out tons of hand written notes, create unique and amazing social media posts for every single social website, design beautiful flyers for open houses, set appointments, and organize all of our monthly marketing plans. One thing I will say is that I'm thankful for those months because I sure did learn A LOT!
Now that I am my own boss and a Realtor, I have figured out a solution to getting everything done, every day of the week. You don't have to be a Real Estate professional to use this either, anyone can use this. Here's what I do!

How I begin my week... I love Sundays! Being that I'm such a planner, this is the day where I sit down with my planner and laptop to plan my entire week. This might sound intense, but it's the only way I personally will get things done. At our office, we have a floor schedule, meaning we have a schedule of who is in the office on which days for the week. I have that done the week prior to avoid last minute planning! So I then figure out the days I absolutely have to be in the office. Later in the day, I usually go onto the program I use for social media posts and I prepare every marketing post for the entire week. I'll reach out to all of fellow teammates and we discuss upcoming open houses and if there are any, I'll design all of the flyers and posts for that day. This is my favorite day because it basically sets up my entire week!

My best advice to you is to write down daily goals. For example, if I'm sending out mailers to a neighborhood to market myself, I'd write down every step in my planner.
1. Go and buy stamps, Monday
2. Address envelopes, Tuesday
3. Print material being sent, Wednesday
4. Stuff envelopes, Thursday
5. Stamp, Seal, Send! Friday

If you're a Realtor reading this...
Friday... Okay yes it's Friday, yaaaay! But wait, stop and think what your upcoming weekend looks like for your business. Do you have Open Houses? Well if so, there's lots of work to be done. If I'm in this situation I will create a flyer, with photos, property description, listing price, all of my info, and a catchy title. I'll then prepare Social Media posts for all of my followers to see that I'll have an open house, and maybe they'll share with their friend who is looking to move. Lastly, I'll input the open house into MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trula, we want maximum exposure!

Daily goal setting is totally preferential, I absolutely have to hold myself accountable. The more I do it this way, then the less excuses I'll have! When I do this, I'll actually end up following through and complete my tasks in a quicker time frame. I actually learned this process from someone a long time ago, never did it, and then I tried it out and it works!
I've learned that the more I see something, the more I think about it, and the more chances that I'll finish it. If you're not good at executing your goals, this is a great way to get started! Hope it helps.

10 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Me

Hi there! This is my first personal post and it's exciting because I get to share a little bit about myself with you. If you haven't read my About page, check it out, my short little biography can be found there. But for now I'll give you a short version, I'm 22 years old and I live in Acampo, Ca which is a small town located just South of Sacramento and North of Lodi. I am a Marketing Specialist for a Real Estate team in Lodi and a Realtor.

10 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Me...

1. I'm the type of person who knows how to make things work to my advantage. I believe that anything is possible, and if something is wrong it can always be fixed. I am stubborn and tenacious, when you think I've given up, think again because I usually have a plan B. I will always find a way.

2. I have a twin that is 14 years younger than me. Her name is Carsyn. She is my mini-me. My parents had tried having kids throughout my childhood, but it just wasn't in the cards. Sure enough, when I was going into my Freshmen year of High School, my mom was expecting little Carsyn. I love been far apart in age with her, we have a special relationship..

3. Never question my loyalty. I am completely loyal and committed to everything in my life, from any task I take on to the people I love. I do a lot for others because I am extremely caring. I am faithful to everyone in my life, I never turn my back on people-- when everyone else is gone, I'll be the last one standing. But once a person shows me disloyalty or dishonesty, is when I detach myself from them.

4. Adam Sandler will forever be my favorite actor! 'Blended' is probably my favorite movie, with 'That's My Boy' coming in second. But honestly I love every single one of his movies and will laugh throughout each one. Except the ending of 'Click', that one gets me crying every time.

5. My biggest fear is snakes!

6. I love anything that has to do with technology. I'm very tech-savvy and I enjoy learning everything I possibly can that has technology involved!

7. I appreciate old music and movies. I love mixing up my spotify playlists all of the time, when you get in my car, you never know what to expect. I also enjoy watching old shows and movies, I love seeing how things have changed, it's amazing.

8. I'm not your average golfer. I played competitive golf throughout my entire childhood, I went to college on a golf scholarship, and in 2016 I competed in qualifying school and placed in the top 150 players. Golf runs in my family, my grandfather was a professional golfer and was well known in the golf community. He was a phenomenal player and was friends with golf legends such as Arnold Palmer. Although I decided not to pursue a golf career, I still enjoy playing with friends and in local charity tournaments.

9. I've known my soulmate since I was seven years old.

10. I love where I live. Living in California has so many perks, after I moved away to Delaware for school I quickly realized how much I appreciated where I'm from. The weather, the food, and of course my family, I love where I come from. I am all about Lodi, and I enjoy everything it has to offer. Being surrounded by 85+ wineries is just amazing! I feel like I always have an opportunity to explore new places every day. What's even more amazing, is how much growth this little town has developed. Downtown has bunch of amazing small businesses and a lot more to come! (Including my office) I really enjoy supporting local businesses in my area.

Well there's a few facts you now know about me..
Another one is how thankful I am for all of the people I am surrounded with. I truly appreciate all of the support I've had throughout getting my Real Estate License, and pursuing my career! Where I am at now would not have been possible without my amazing support system.
