OH EM GEE, you're going to learn all about me.
Hello there, to all that have never met me, my name is Layney Danielle Silva. Yes Layney just like the girl in "She's All That", pronounced 'Lay-knee'. It's ok if you can't get it right, no one usually does. I'm a November baby, and currently 23 years of age. I reside in a very small town in northern California called Acampo. I'm sure you've never heard of it, but it's in the middle of Lodi's wine country. I'm a small town girl, I love to shop local, and I'm all about small businesses. Marketing is my thing, I am a Marketing Specialist for The Silva Team, which is one of the Central Valley's top producing Real Estate teams. My mom is the owner and I'm just following in her very hard to fill footsteps! I am a local Realtor, love anything that has to do with homes.
Both of my parents are in the Real Estate field, I've definitely been exposed to the business for my entire life. I love being a millennial in this field because I bring a lot to the table for both my team and my clients.
Some quirky things about myself: I'm a perfectionist, everything I do has to be aesthetically pleasing in my eyes, I literally love the color white, I'm obsessed with hipster/indie music, I love the winter, iced coffee and sushi are my jam.
Ok so a little history on myself, I attended Delaware State University, yes that's across the country, and yes it was cold coming from California. I went there because I received a full golf scholarship, but I quickly found out that it wasn't my calling, I decided to go another route. I decided to put my love of design to use. I have an extremely creative personality and I thought of the wise words Drake once said, "You Only Live Once." I had this great opportunity in front of me and I wasn't going to pass it up.
As I am Marketing for my team, and selling houses, I am also providing marketing packages to anyone who may be interested. I am super excited to offer this service to professionals who seek assistance in this area. I want to provide this for business owners and self-employed business people because I totally understand that they don't have the time.
As a Central Valley native, I can honestly say that I have a deep love for the area and the different variety of neighborhoods. I have lived in different towns right here in the valley and I am very knowledgable of this area. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with his or her new home. I can honestly say I am one of the most patient Realtors out there because I'll take all the time in the world to find you exactly what you want.
My ultimate goal is to exceed my clients' expectations and to keep an everlasting relationship with them!
