Chase Realty Services

Meet Brandy Chase
"Your Key to a Successful Closing"

Brandy is a transaction coordinator throughout the Central Valley. She assists agents and their clients from the beginning of their transaction to close. Brandy offers services from listing management, transaction coordination, short sales, and commercial transactions. Chase has always been in the world of Real Estate. She began her career in new home sales as a customer service coordinator, but when the market crashed, she made the decision to stay home with her children. While doing this, she ended up going back to school, and ventured into the medical field. But her heart was always in Real Estate. It wasn't until two years ago, one of her close friends helped her realize she would be great at transaction coordinating. She quickly envisioned how perfect she would be as a transaction coordinator. The next day, she was scheduled to take her certification class and hasn't looked back since. Since she loved paperwork and being around others, she explains it as being "a match made in heaven."

What's the best part of your business?
"I get to help people every day."

Chase is a very hard worker, cares about others, and always puts their needs before her own. "I love helping others and being involved in this profession allows me to do just that." Reasoning behind Brandy's success stems from her delegation, time management, networking, and superb customer service. Her day starts early, and is filled with sending out emails, working on paperwork, making numerous phone calls, checking transactions, and putting out fires as they come! Although she should only work from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm, she works all of the time, and somehow can't stop until all of it is finished for the day. Where does all of her inspiration come from? "My dad. He has always inspired me to be the best that I can be and ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed I would be just like him."

Chase explains that one of her biggest accomplishments was going back and finishing school a few years ago. Brandy would have never imagined she could have obtained a degree with children, a husband, and family life. Her other accomplishment is having a business of her own. "I always wanted my own business, it is a dream come true for me to be where I am." Her ultimate goal is to have Chase Realty Services grow into a successful business and have staff under her, serving all of Northern California as the main transaction coordination.

When Brandy isn't managing her business she spends time with her kids, and currently indulges in ABC series, "Once Upon a Time". Her children are her motivation. "I want them to know they can do anything they want to in life. Working hard pays off." She also loves to read whenever she finds the time. She loves going out for a ride on the Harley with her husband. When she's not spending time with her husband and kids, she is probably spoiling her Great Dane.

If you're a Realtor looking for Transaction Coordinators, look no further than Chase Realty Services!

Local Golf Pro

Happy Monday!
I am so excited to share this post! The reason why I enjoyed this one is because I've known this talented golfer since I was a kid, and we played side by side in tournaments! Being that the both of us played competitive golf throughout our childhoods, Sagee and I used to play in local golf tournaments together! Just last year Sagee and I played in a few of the same golf tournaments, including Q-School. Although I am pursuing another career, I am so happy for her and whatever the future has in store for her golf career!

Meet Sagee

Sagee is 24 years old and her ultimate dream is to play on the LPGA. She started playing golf when she was 12 years old, after being introduced to the game by a family friend. She quickly realized how much she loved the game after hitting golf balls and playing around for a year.
Sagee ended up receiving a full golf scholarship to Sacramento State University and just recently graduated in the fall of 2015. When she was finished with college golf, she knew she would enjoy the competition and atmosphere of professional golf!
The professional golfer is motivated by her goals! She works extremely hard at her profession. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Sagee wakes up at 6am, heads to the gym for  a work out session, and goes straight to the golf course. Tuesdays and Thursdays are all-day golf course practice sessions, and she takes it easy on the weekends.
Just recently, Sagee shot (-4 under) in a 54-hole professional event and collected a check!
Sagee is learning and growing every day in her golf profession and also in her own personal life. "Appreciating life and enjoying golf is something that makes me happy!" She has realized how lucky she is to be given such an awesome opportunity!
Communication and positivity are both huge traits that Sagee has on and off the golf course. She believes that looking at situations from a different perspective allows her to be open-minded!
What is her favorite part of pro-golf?
She loves meeting all of the people along the way. She has meet some of her best friends through the sport, and other individuals such as coaches that play a huge role in her life.
The golfer wouldn't be where she is now without her biggest support system, her parents. "My parents are my biggest inspiration, if I could have half the work ethic of them, I would be so happy," Sagee explains. Her mom has always worked so hard to provide Sagee with the opportunity of playing golf, and still does till this day. As for her dad, he has always supported Sagee and been her 'best friend' throughout her life journey.
When she isn't on the golf course, Sagee enjoys relaxing at home and watching movies. Sometimes she enjoys going out to a nice restaurant or hanging out with friends, but she loves being lazy at home!
In the future, Sagee sees herself having a wonderful family of her own, still enjoying and playing golf, and a world traveler!

I am so excited for Sagee and whatever her future holds! It makes me so happy to see someone who I grew up with, pursuing such an amazing career path. Sagee explained to me that she is actually planning to move to Arizona in the beginning of 2018 to play in Cactus Tour events. I can't wait to see how well you do! Good luck girl!

Meet Delphine

Delphine Winter is a young entrepreneur who owns a sister company to The 530 Bride. After graduating college, she became a partner in the booming business of weddings. With weddings being one of the most expensive events a person invests in during their lifetime, Delphine may have chosen the right business to be in! The young professional sees her business 'becoming an empire'.

Delphine's company is a creative solution and event management company. Her goal is to help businesses in the wedding industry mainly, but her company can actually be used to assist any industry! From weddings, hair, makeup, etc. The 530 & Co. can help! She strives to reach their potential online, and helps with building their SEO presence. Delphine also creates content calendars allowing companies to stick to a social media schedule. While Delphine has began her new business, she is also planning weddings!

Organization, time management, and being personable can describe her top priorities while running her business. Delphine is extremely hard-working, she spends between 8 to 9 hours a day on all of her jobs. What's her motivation? Success. "Knowing that I can change and help businesses, makes me feel good!" Delphine's biggest inspiration is Audrey Hepburn, she explains, "She was such a successful woman in the acting industry, and she shows that you can be yourself and still kill it in life!" While Delphine isn't running her business or planning weddings, she is probably out for a run. She is an avid runner and is currently on a 433 day running streak, training for her run in Boston! By being so successful, Delphine sticks to a routine daily to keep her business on track. A typical day for Delphine looks like this:

4. Do everything on my to-do list.
5. Run errands.
